The subject of this policy is regulating terms of use and operation of Internet Shop under the business name: LETHE, JAKUB CHMIELNIAK, at the address of UL.GRAŻYŃSKIEGO 40 C,
BIELSKO-BIAŁA, POLAND.
The Policy lays down the rights and obligations of the registered Shop Buyers, as well as rights, obligations, and accountability of Administrator as the Shop managing and operating entity.
Every potential Buyer during registration process shall become acquainted with the Policy and is entitled to take further steps upon prior giving consent and acceptance of all its provisions. The Shop owner is LETHE seated in UL.KOMOROWICKA 110,BIELSKO-BIAŁA, POLAND.
Shop sells goods via the Internet.

After placing order buyer is informed about its acceptance
via e-mail.
WALK does not guarantee that colours of the ordered goods are identical with those presented in the Internet shop. Slight colour change might be caused by monitor configuration and/or quality of pictures of goods presented in the shop. Placement of printing designs in case of some sizes might differ from that presented on the site.
Order fulfillment shall commence on the next working day from the date of receiving payment for the order.
Shop reserves the right to refuse fulfillment of dubious orders, i.e. the ones lacking a phone number or e-mail address. The data is necessary for order confirmation.
All prices are given in Euros and include VAT. The price given by every item shall be binding from the time of placing order (and its confirmation) by the buyer and shall not be altered even in the event of price increase of items on the site (excluding prices containing obvious errors in typography). Shop reserves the right to change prices of goods offered for sale, introduce new items into the shop offer, conduct and cancel special offers on the shop sites or modify them.
There is an additional charge for shipping added at checkout.
Shipping and delivery takes place in a way specified in the order. Our shipping partner is Poczta Polska (Polish Post). Shipping shall take place up to 14 working days from the time of accepting the order. Shop shall not be held responsible for any delays on the side of Poczta Polska (Polish Post).
Buyer shall pay for order with bank transfer to the shop bank account prior to shipping.
Order shall be completed if the ordered items are in stock or at shop suppliers’.
Shall the ordered items be out of stock, the buyer is kept posted about the order status and is entitled to decide about its completion method (partial completion; prolonged waiting time).
Shop reserves the right to refuse order completion in case of errors on the shop sites, errors regarding prices or condition of the goods, as well as situations raising doubts concerning the authenticity of data given by the buyer during registration process and while placing order.
Shall completion of the placed order be impossible, Shop reserves the right to halt it. Buyer shall be informed about it with no delay.
Every product return shipment shall contain return form/statement describing cause of return, circumstances, and the date of defect notice, as well as claim declaration (exchange, repair, and refund), full name, address, and the account data. Buyer’s claim shall be considered within 10 days from receipt of the package. Buyer shall be informed about the proceedings with no delay.
Shipping and returning costs are not refundable.
To all matters not regulated herein provisions of the civil law and the Act of 2 March 2000 on Consumer Rights Protection and liability for damage caused by a hazardous product shall apply (Journal of Laws, 2000, No. 22, Item 271).
Personal data is collected by Shop in accordance with the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Act of 26 August 2002. Providing the site with your personal data and contact details shall be equal to giving consent to have your personal data processed for marketing purposes exclusively by Shop.
Court of competent jurisdiction for any disputes arising from the sales contract shall be the court having jurisdiction over the defendant’s seat. In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act of 29 August 1997 (Journal of Laws, 1997, No.133, item 833) we wish to inform that our buyers’ personal data is stored in the data file of our company.
Personal data is collected exclusively for our needs and processed for the purpose of execution of business activity of the company, conducting promotional and advertising campaigns in accordance with the data safety requirements specified in the provisions of personal data protection.
Shop owner reserves the right to unilaterally alter the terms included in this Policy at any time and without having to justify the reasons.
In case of any alterations in this Policy, Shop shall promptly inform Users about alterations by posting the consolidated text of the Policy. The Policy shall come into force as of the day of posting it on the Internet site of Store.
In the event of alteration or cancellation of any of the provisions in this Policy as a result of the final court judgment, the remaining provisions shall remain in force and binding on the parties.
Company is entitled to waive the order fulfillment due to reasons beyond our control.
